The Octoprotect collar provides dogs with 7–8 months’ protection against fleas and ticks. The active ingredients, imidacloprid and flumethrin, are gradually released via the polymer matrix collar and absorbed through the skin. This ensures long-lasting protection against fleas and ticks. Furthermore, Octoprotect reduces the risk of leishmaniasis in dogs for up to 8 months. The collar is water-resistant and odourless. The Octoprotect collar for dogs weighing less than 8 kg and cats has a built-in safety clasp, which allows the collar to be adjusted. Octoprotect is suitable for dogs from 7 weeks of age and cats from 10 weeks of age.
